  BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! On Tuesday September 19th, 2017 I had a scheduled appt. with a technician from Burgess Pecticide Management, made by my management company. I've been living here 8 years and never had any issues or problems. Upon ariving home after work . I take my tips and put them on top of my refrigerator . I noticed an envelope thats contained $1100 that was next to my change bank wasn't there. It was savings for my living set I was gonna purchase. Which it was just there the day before when I put away my tips. I have two young daughters and they cant reach on top of the refrigerator (even with a ladder). So I then moved the refridgerator to see if the envelope had fallen behind the refridgerator. I seen nothing at all besides new mouse traps placed directly behind the refrigerator on the floor. I immediately went to the management building to find out who was in my apartment. They told me its was a member of Burgess Pesticide. I immediately called the company to see which one of their employees entered my home because my savings was missing. They said there's nothing they can do . They just told me to file a police report and let the police handle it. It was savings for a living room set. The whole production of the company from office to service was unprofessional. I filed a police report and now im waiting for a phone call back. This company has done nothing or even shared any sorrow for what has happened. IM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH TWO KIDS. I work hard for my money so I can provide for my home. I WAS IN TEARS AND ALL THE COMPANY SAID WAS THEY COULDNT HELP ME. But the monetary value is not what has me outraged, obviously. This serviceman had to have went on top of my refridgerator in my envelopes to find it and then had the audacity to STEAL my hard earned money. It was so obvious. If he's crooked like this how do I know im taking it all the way to CHANEL 7 News. Also filing a report report with the Better Business Burea if this is not resolved in a professional and timely manner. Vanessa M. Roslindale, MA
